| This 2025 has a very pale straw colour and an intense, fresh, bright, grassy nose with lots of mineral notes and a touch of passion fruit. Dry, medium bodied, youthful, gently savoury, attractive, ripe, grapefruit, kiwi and lemon-lime-citrus flavours with a lingering, refreshingly crisp finish. Showing nicely, it has 13% alcohol and under 3.8 g/L residual sugar with a hefty 7 g/L total acidity. Screwcap closure. |
