What a great way to celebrate the very first Inniskillin releases exactly 50-years-ago. Bright light yellow colour. Intense, complex, very sweet, minerallly, ripe, apple-apricot puree nose with some caramel, brown sugar and Seville orange marmalade notes. Sweet, medium-plus bodied, nicely textured, elegant, spicy, intense, ripe, apple-melon-pear puree flavours with a lingering, refreshing, perfectly balanced, caramel-tinged, Seville orange marmalade finish. Ready to enjoy, it has 9.5% alcohol and 228 g/L residual sugar with 10 g/L total acidity. CSPC 50313
