This Silver Medal award-winning 2023 Niagara Sauvignon Blanc has a bright light straw colour. The attractive New Zealand-inspired nose show lots of minerality along with leafy, fresh, ripe, citrus fruit. Dry, medium bodied, crisp, very slightly spicy, fairly grassy, orange citrus flavours with a lingering, minerally, bright finish.
