GRANDE RÉSERVE MALBEC 2022 AOC Cahors
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer CALOS
This still-youthful 2022 Grande Reserve Malbec has a deep intense purple colour. The nose is quite intense with lots of dark plum fruit along with floral, rose-violet-tinged notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, fairly dense, well structured, ripe albeit quite firm, plum-cassis-black-cherry fruit with a lingering, bright, minerally finish. Best this a robust stew, it will definitely improve with aging. It has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 150925 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Produced by Les Vignobles Saint Didier Parnac it is NEW in Vintages. CSPC 44196
