| This NEW in Vintages. Bright pale straw colour. Intense, gently spicy, bright, floral, ripe melon-apple nose with some minerally yellow grapefruit notes. Dry, medium bodied, fairly bright, ripe, wintermelon-pear-apple flavours with some gentle minterally notes on the lingering, nicely textured, harmonious finish. A versatile, ready-to-drink, crowd-pleasing style that has 12.1% alcohol and seems drier than its 8.3 g/L residual sugar due to a hefty 9 g/L total acidity. Bottled on June 14, 2024, it comes with a screwcap closure. It is very likely to improve in bottle with a bit more aging. Only 499 cases produced. |

TASTING NOTE: A sustainably grown, vegan-friendly Riesling from the Sustainable Premium Series of Kacaba. The
grapes for this wine receive extra hang time, harvested at the beginning of November, to enhance flavour
concentration. Lemon-lime and honey overlay pear and candy-apple notes. A vivaciously mineral core expands to all
edges of the palate with bursts of ripe acidity zapping a high-tempo pulse of brilliance in every sip. This Ontario
Riesling is energetic and wonderfully balanced. Excellent finish. Drink now or cellar until 2030. Score - 95 (Leah
