SAINT-ROCH |
| Fairly deep purple-red colour. Bright, juicy, ripe plum-cherry-raspberry purée nose with some minerally-sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, gently spicy, bright, fresh, ripe, plum-crancherry-raspberry fruit flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, slightly minerally finish. A versatile, ready-to-drink, very quaffable, crowd-pleaser that is perfect for winter comfort food from hamburgers and mac-and-cheese to chilli. This Jean-Marc Lafage blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache has a hefty 14.5% alcohol and under 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L25273Z on the lower part of the glass bottle. |
