RAPAURA SPRINGS |
| Very bright, clean, sleek and almost delicate with a lifted nose sweet pineapple, lemon-lime, chive and fresh dill. It is both lively and elegant, with a bit of youthful spritz. Very nicely focused and balanced with a lime/grapefruit finish. Excellent length. Just reviewed by fellow wine writer David Lawrason. It has 13% alcohol and 5.6 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. |

| TASTING NOTE: Upfront and aromatic, the inviting bouquet shows green rockmelon, feijoa, nectarine and lemon peel aromas, followed by a splendidly flavoursome palate offering juicy fruit intensity with fine texture and vibrant acidity, finishing long and delicious. At its best: now to 2026. Score - 93 (Sam Kim, wineorbit.co.nz, Aug. 2024) |
