| This 2022 has a medium gold colour with just a few tiny bubbles slowly meandering upwards. The nose is very sweet and tropical with caramel-driven, warm, baked apple-pear fruit along with some honeyed, spicy notes. Sweet, medium-full bodied, viscous, spicy, honeyed, apple puree and a touch of Seville orange marmalade flavours followed up by a lingering, gently effervescent, rich, butter-tart finish. Tasty and ready-to-drink, it has 9.5% alcohol, 214 g/L residual sugar and 8.1 g/L total acidity. |
