| The new 2023 Vidal Icewine has been a long-time, award winning LCBO best selling Vintages Essential. It has a deep gold colour with a very sweet, honeyed, intense, ripe apple puree nose which has seductive caramel-butterscotch notes. Sweet, medium plus bodied, rich, smooth, honeyed, spicy, baked apple flavours with a well-balanced, lingering, Seville orange marmalade, apricot-caramel finish. It has 10.5% alcohol, 254 g/L residual sugar and 8 g/L total acidity. |
