| This ready-to-drink Gamay has a slightly light medium garnet red colour and a fairly intense, sandalwood-tinged, ripe, plum-strawberry-crancherry nose. It is dry, medium to medium-light bodied and very slightly spicy with bright, plum-strawberry flavours a crisp finish. Perfect with salmon, poultry and sushi, it has 12.6% alcohol, 3 g/L residual sugar and a modest 5.5% g/L total acidity. It was all aged in French oak for 9 months where it underwent full lmalolactic. |

| TASTING NOTE: Niagara Gamay is literally the envy of many places that strive (with far less success) to achieve the purity, refinement and character found in the finest of Beaujolais. This juicy, bright, pretty, elegant wine has plentiful red berry, cherry, tomato leaf and black pepper, with superb purity and precision and an undeniably food-friendly character. If serving baked salmon, consider this for a pairing. |
