TASTING NOTE: Niagara Gamay is literally the envy of many places that strive (with far less success) to achieve the purity, refinement and character found in the finest of Beaujolais. This juicy, bright, pretty, elegant wine has plentiful red berry, cherry, tomato leaf and black pepper, with superb purity and precision and an undeniably food-friendly character. If serving baked salmon, consider this for a pairing. Price $ 25.95
