WILD ROCK RED 2024 Nova Scotia
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer BENJAMIN BRIDGE
This surprisingly tasty Nova Scotia blend of 72% Cabernet Franc and 28% Marquette has a medium-deep red colour and a very attractive, bright, ripe, raspberry-tinged, plummy nose with some very faintly toasty notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, elegant, extremely bright, intense, ripe, raspberry-driven flavours with a lingering, fresh, lifted, slight cassis-tinged finish. Perfect with Atlantic salmon and poultry, this ready-to-drink, quaffable red has 12% alcohol and 1 g/L residual sugar with a hefty 6.8 g/L total acidity. Screwcap closure. CSPC 46302
