BOURGOGNE CHARDONNAY 2022 AOC, sustainable
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer BLASON DE BOURGOGNE
Bright light straw colour with fresh, ripe, lemon-apple aromas with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, very slightly spicy, bright, lightish, ripe, lemon-apple meringue flavours with a lingering, minerally, crisp unoaked finish. Worth trying. Unfortunately, decent drinkable Burgundy at this price is becoming increasingly difficult to find. Vinified 90% stainless steel and 10% Burgundy oak barrels with 9 months on the lees before blending. It has 12.5% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar. A repeatf rom September 7, 2024. CSPC 26431
