| Bright light straw colour with moderate effervescence. Attractive, ripe, lemon-apple nose with some faintly toasty, mineral-tinged notes. Dry, medium bodied, effervescent, slightly spicy, fresh, lemon-melon-apple flavours with a very crisp finish. This ready-to-drink, extremely well-priced, organic blend of 75% Macabeo and 25% Chardonnay has 11.5% alcohol and is designated as a Brut Nature meaning that it has under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L25105 on the back label. It spends 9 months of aging on the lees and was disgorged on April 15, 2025. |
