SIGNATURE RESERVE SAUVIGNON BLANC 2024 Marlborough, South Island
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer KIM CRAWFORD
Bright extremely pale straw colour. Intense, grassy, faintly rhubarb-tinged, yellow grapefruit nose with lots of stone-driven, mineral notes. Dry, medium-plus bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, gently grassy, fresh, youthful, melon-lemon-peach flavours with a lingering, very crisp, yellow-grapefruit-tinged finish. Nicely well-textured, it has 13.5% alcohol, under 2 g/L residual sugar and a hefty hit of total acidity with lot number 4227 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Capable of aging well - it definitely improves with a half-hour-plus of decanting! CSPC 924555
