| Bright extremely pale day-glo pink colour. Fresh, very slightly spicy, bright, fresh,raspberry-tinged, Damson plum nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, gently spicy, quite well structured, minerally, ripe, plum and red apple flavours with a lingering, nicely textured, minerally finish. The native Bobal grape is the second most common red grape variety in Spain and this is both tasty and well-priced with 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. |
