| This skin-contact-white has a bright slightly hazy pale orange colour. Initially fairly attractive on the nose with fairly spicy, honeyed, floral orange citrus aromatics with some leesy, faintly toasty notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, very slightly bitter, tangerine-tinged flavours with a a lingering, minerally, nutty finish. Unfortunately, the nose collapsed after sitting in the glass for 5 minutes. This Sauvignon Blanc has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L98525277. Tasted once. |

This imparts greater flavour, colour and texture to white wines than is typically sought. This example shows robust, vibrant tropical fruit, apple and nuts. It will be great with sushi or grilled salmon. |
