NEW in Vintages, this small lot of 175 cases has a a bright pale salmon-pink colour. Slightly spicy, gently floral, ripe, Damson plum nose with some hints of apple sauce. Dry, medium bodied, ripe, plummy-red-apple flavours with a somewhat forward, lingering, still fairly bright finish that has just a hint of red candy apple. Ready to enjoy, this 100% Cabernet Franc has 12.9% alcohol, 2.2 g/L residual sugar and 5.8 g/L total acidity. It was fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels.
