CRIANZA 2019 DOCa Rioja
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer FINCA MONICA
Fairly deep intense purple colour. Attractive, intense, floral-tinged, warm, expansive, ripe, Damson plum nose with some woodsy, cedary-sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, very nicely textured, fairly complex and yet elegant, gently savoury, rose hip and nasturtium notes on the lingering, lifted, harmonious finish. This delicious, ready-to-drink, 100% Tempranillo has 13.5% alcohol and under 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L733131 on the back label. It is showing beautifully now and is the best value wine I tasted in this May 10 Vintages release. CSPC 574368
