If you are looking for a fresh, bright, crowd-pleasing sparkler then this new 2023 could hit the spot. It is quite dry, medium-light bodied, very slightly spicy and faintly citrusy with apple-melon notes than carry over nicely on the palate. This very pleasant, effervescent, new blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Riesling, 10% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Menier is versatile and ready-to-drink with 11% alcohol, 6 g/L residual sugar and 5.6 g/L total acidity with lot number L062724 on the lower part of the glass bottle.
