SANCERRE 2023 AC
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer PASCAL JOLIVET
Here is a classy, ripe, nicely textured 100% Sauvignon Blanc that is perfect match for seafood. Bright very pale straw colour, the nose has elegant, minerally, very slightly grassy, ripe lemon-apple fruit. On the palate, it is dry, medium bodied, bright, well balanced and very faintly grassy with rounded, ripe, lemon-apple fruit followed up by a lingering, mineral-tinged, harmonious finish. Surprisingly ready-to-drink, it has 12..5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L3103 on the back label. CSPC 264945
