Bright light yellow colour. Attractive, intense, spicy, nutty, leesy, floral, salty, lemon meringue nose. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, spicy, bright, lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, high acid nutty, sea salt-tinged, complex, lingering finish. TASTING NOTE: Fino is a dry, elegant style of Sherry that in the Jerez region of Spain is made from Palomino grapes. This stunningly refined example is crafted from 100% Palomino and aged an average of six to seven years. Evoking wildflowers on the nose followed by green olives and freshly baked bread on the palate, it will pair beautifully with tapas or your favourite appetizers. Price $ 24.95
