Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
QUADRUS |
This excellent 2019 edition has an intense very purple colour and an attractive, ripe, plum-black-cherry-cassis nose along with some sandalwood-cedar notes. It’s dry, medium to medium-full bodied, harmonious and well structured with ripe, intense, Damson plum, black cherry and cassis flavours with well structured, sandalwood-cedar notes on the lingering, bright finish. Versatile and ready-to-drink, this very tasty, ripe, harmonious blend of 55% Touriga Nacional, 30% Tinta Roriz and 15% Sousao has 13.5% alcohol and under 3 g/L residual sugar. |
