| Very cloudy light amber-reddish-pink colour. Intense, sweet, honeyed, strawberry purée nose with some warm, fresh cream notes. Delicious, sweet, medium bodied, smooth, gently viscous, spicy, warm, rice-tinged, ripe strawberry purée flavours with a lingering, fairly crisp finish. Very attractive and ready-to-drink. A perfect dessert sake that might be served slightly chilled. Has 7.8% alcohol and 154 g/L residual sugar. A REPEAT that last appeared in Vintages on June 23, 2018 at $21.95. |
