This 21st vintages release has a bright pale straw colour. The nose is faintly honeyed and slightly floral with ripe apple-apricot-melon fruit along with some gently mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, fresh, lemon-apple-melon flavours with a crisp, mineral-tinged finish. Ready-to-drink and best with seafood - especially oysters, it has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L.2450 on the back label CSPC 734921
