| Only 198 cases of this very attractive 2021 Wild Cask Riesling were produced. It has a medium straw colour and an intense, slightly spicy, ripe, lemon-melon-apple meringue nose with lots of complex, minerally, petrol-tinged notes. Off dry, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, rich, ripe, peachy, lemon-apple meringue flavours with a lingering, mouthfilling, smooth albeit bright finish. It has 10.2% alcohol and approximately 25 g/L residual sugar and will continue to develop more complexity over the next 2-3 years. Screwcap closure. |
