CRAZY ROWS CARIGNAN 2023 DO Valle del Maule, sustainable
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer BISQUERTT
Medium deep purple colour. Entry-level, juicy, slightly spicy, bright raspberry-cherry nose with some faintly meaty, tea-tinged notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, bright, juicy, black cherry flavours with a lingering, minerally, somewhat chalky, faintly savoury, slightly bitter finish. Quite ready-to-drink and would work slightly chilled with casual cuisine. This rather idiosyncratic recently-bottled batch (L24351 on the back label) has 13% alcohol, 2.6 g/L residual sugar and only 5 g/L total acidity. CSPC 30217
