Tasted on March 23, this tasty, approachable 2023 has a deep purple-red colour and an attractive, ripe, plummy-red-cherry-raspberry nose with some gentle toasty notes. Dry, medium-bodied, harmonious, slightly spicy, nicely textured, fresh, ripe, bright, raspberry-plum-cherry fruit flavours with a lingering, well balanced, crisp finish. This crowd-pleasing 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in a variety of French oak barriques for six months with full malolactic fermentation. It has 13.6% alcohol and 4.5 g/L residual sugar.
