TASTING NOTE: This is always an insightful expression of Niagara Cabernet that reveals the character of the vintage with precision. Medium-bodied and lithe but with firm, structured tannins, it carries its blackberry, cherry, cedar, smoke, oak spice, cigar box, chocolate, coffee and vanilla tones with a poise that belies its price point. Decant to enjoy tonight or follow through 2030+. |
