MAYFLOWER 2021 Vinho Regional Alentejano, vegan
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer FLOR DE MAIO
This unoaked,, tasty blend of Trincadeira, Aragonez and Syrah has a deep intense purple colour. The nose is gently spicy with attractive, bright, ripe, plummy-raspberry fruit. It’s dry, medium bodied and quite juicy with bright, attractive, ripe, raspberry-plum-cherry flavours and a crisp, lingering, bright finish. A casual, ready-to-drink, crowd-pleaser with 13.5% alcohol and under 4 g/L residual sugar along with just the right amount of refreshing acidity. This well-deserved REPEAT from May 11, 2024 is showing a shade better now and is a detour at the price. CSPC 427195
