| This truly wonderful Riesling has a very pale straw colour and an attractive, bright, fresh, gently spicy, honeyed, nectarine-apricot nose with some complex, minerally notes. Fairly sweet but beautifully balanced with ripe, nicely textured, citrusy flavours followed up by a lingering, vibrant, complex finish. A perfect Springtime refresher that is a joy to drink with almost anything at anytime with or without food. It has 9.5% alcohol and 38 g/L residual sugar with lot number ending in 015 23 on the on the back label. It has a screwcap closure and will keep well for another 5 years. |

| TASTING NOTE: This ripe, spicy wine has plentiful pear, nectarine, apricot, nutmeg, and white pepper tones. There's good intensity and balance, plus a fine, distinct minerality. A good choice for grilled sausages or roasted mushrooms. Drinking well now, it has the potential to see the end of the decade. |
