VENÂNCIO COSTA LIMA |
NEW in Vintages. Medium gold colour with an opulent, very sweet, intense, Muscat-lychee nose plus some honeyed, Seville orange marmalade and warm caramel notes. Very sweet, rich and mouthfilling with spicy, lychee and Seville orange marmalade flavours with a lingering, figgy-caramel finish. This tasty ready-to-drink dessert wine has 17% alcohol and was barrel-aged for two years. You might want to try it chilled - a great sipper for a sunny Spring day. |

TASTING NOTE: This wine is sourced from clay and limestone soils and macerated for six months before being transferred to barrel to be aged for two years. It has an engaging nose with pleasing orange-blossom tones and an elegant, honeyed palate. A great aperitif, it will also pair nicely with crème brûlée or chocolate and makes a great treat when drizzled on ice cream. |
