Bright medium yellow colour. Intense, gently complex, sweet, minerallly, ripe, apple-apricot puree nose with some caramel, brown sugar and Seville orange marmalade notes. Sweet, medium-bodied, nicely textured, elegant, spicy, intense, ripe, apple-pear purée flavours with a lingering, perfectly balanced, caramel-tinged, gentle Seville orange marmalade finish. Ready to enjoy, it has 9.5% alcohol and 218 g/L residual sugar with 9.8 g/L total acidity. The grapes were harvested on January 26, 2023 and there were two bottlings for the 580 cases of 12 - August 17 and December 10, 2023 (no lot number appears on the bottle). CSPC 558288
