VIEILLES VIGNES CÔTES DE GRAND LIEU MUSCADET 2022 AP, sur lie
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer CHÂTEAU DE LA GRANGE
This well-priced, fresh, surprisingly elegant 2022 Muscadet hits the spot. Bright extremely pale straw colour. Very faintly spicy, bright, mineral-tinged, melon-apple-lemon nose with some nice gently leesy notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, very slightly spicy, harmonious, fresh, apple-lemon-melon flavours with an attractive, mineral-tinged finish. Perfect with seafood (especially oysters). This 100% Melon de Bourgogne (a cross between Pinot blanc and Gouais blanc) is planted almost exclusively in the area of Muscadet in the western Loire Valley. It has 12% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 637868
