SHOWCASE CLARK FARM PINOT NOIR 2022 VQA Four Mile Creek, Niagara Peninsula
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer TRIUS
NEW in Vintages, this 2022 vintage is on the slightly shy, more elegant side of the equation with a lighter medium red colour. The Pinot Noir on the nose shines through with ripe plum-crancherry-raspberry fruit along with some faintly earthy, sandalwood notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, well balanced, varietally-correct, very slightly spicy, bright, plum, raspberry-pomegranate fruit flavours with a balancing touch of tea, sandalwood and cedar on the finish. It as 12.1% alcohol, 1.7 g/L residual sugar and 5.7 g/L total acidiy and seems quite ready-to-drink. It would work well with poultry. CSPC 418111
