| This was apparently posted on the LCBO website on September 2, 2014 at $481.95 this original February 9, 2024 e-commerce-on-line-only-order is still available. Tasted on December 31st with 5 other freshly-opened, chillled Champagnes at Royal York and Bloor West store. Bright very light yellow colour. Initially very complex and intense on the nose with some extremely leesy, peppery-tinged, buttered toast, lemon-apple meringue fruit all of which improved with breathing. Very dry, medium-full bodied, initially somewhat acidic, intense, mature, lemon-apple meringue flavours with a lingering, well structured, sourdough, faintly bitter, lime-leaf-tinged finish.
