BERONIA |
| Deep intense purple colour. Intense, slightly spicy, expansive, ripe, crancherry-plum nose with lots of cedary notes. Dry, medium-ful bodied, complex, well structured, slightly spicy, still quite youthful intense, ripe plum flavours with a lingering, rather cedary, gently savoury, harmonious, raspberry-tinged finish. This blend of 95% Tempranillo, 4% Graciano and 1% Mazuelo spent 18 months in French and American oak barrels and was bottled in October 2021. It has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L17124 and will improve with age. |
