PETIT CHABLIS 2022 AC |
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
HERVÉ AZO |
NEW in Vintages and a genuine best buy. Very bright light straw colour. Attractive, gently mineral-tinged, elegant, ripe, lemon nose with some buttered toast notes. Dry medium bodied, surprisingly well textured, very slightly spicy, bright, ripe but balanced, lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, brioche-tinged, harmonious finish. This excellent Petit Chablis has 12.5% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 2024/07/25 on the lower part of the glass bottle. |

TASTING NOTE: Domaine Hervé Azo belongs to the renowned Chablis producer Jean-Marc Brocard. This wine offers a taste of Chablis from a top producer for a friendly price. Steely and crisp, it evokes citrus fruit and crushed stones and will pair nicely with shellfish. |
