TASTING NOTE: The 2023 Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Querciantica opens with a pretty blend of dried flowers, raw almonds Intense, and young peach. It's oily in texture with a core of brisk acidity and tart orchard fruits to balance. Tactile mineral tones add form toward the close. The 2023 tapers off long and classically dry, with tart lime traces that curl the tongue. This is a beautifully balanced Verdicchio, especially at this price point. Drinking window: 2024-2027.
