| This Vintages Essential has a bright medium straw colour. Intense, vibrant, slightly spicy, honeyed, ripe, apricot jam nose with some caramel and citrusy Seville orange marmalade notes. Sweet, medium bodied, nicely textured, rich, ripe, slightly spicy, honeyed, baked ripe honeycrisp apple flavours with a lingering, harmonious, creamy albeit very bright, ripe pear and Seville orange marmalade tinged, creme brulee finish. This beautifully balanced icewine, this recent bottling has 12% alcohol, 220 g/L residual sugar and 10.5 g/L total acidity with lot number L06052024 on the lower part of the glass bottle. It will improve and gain complexity with another decade of aging. NEW DECEMBER 14 PRICING. |
