This 100% Pinot Noir sparkler has a medium-light straw colour and a gently spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe, winter-melon-pear nose with some gently toasty, brioche notes. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, harmonious, ripe, lemon-melon-apple flavours with a lingering, gently toasty, harmonious, fairly effervescent finish. Seems quite ready to drink. It spent two years on the lees and has 12.1% alcohol and 8.2 g/L residual sugar
