This outstanding Grand Cru has a medium straw colour and great effervescence. Very attractive, gently toasty, complex, bright, lemon-apple meringue nose with refined minerally notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, ripe, lemon-apple meringue flavours with a harmonious, gently toasty, bright, lingering, effervescent finish. This 50-50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with more than 12 years on the lees has 12.5% alcohol and under 10 g/L residual sugar with lot number L21764036 on the back label. |

| TASTING NOTE: Lovely transparency of fruit here with pear, grapefruit, peach, honey, honeysuckle and lemon-meringue pie. Creamy and layered with very fine bubbles. Balanced and creamy, with a long and supple finish. 50% of chardonnay and 50% pinot noir. 7g/L dosage. Disgorged January 2022. Delicious already. Drink now or hold. Score - 94.
