NEW in Vintages. Bright light yellow colour. Complex, intense, bright, ripe, Anjour pear tinged, lemon-apple meringue nose with toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, bright, quite mouthfilling, gently toasty, lemon-apple-pear fruit with a a lingering, harmonious, faintly buttery finish. This 12 alcohol blend of Chardonnay (50-55%), Pinot Noir (35-40%) and Pinot Meunier (10-15%) will vary from year to year (35-40). It has 4 years of in the botlte lees aging followed by a dosage of 8 g/L. The lot number is L23131C. Tasted once. CSPC 39865
