| This 2021 is one of the best so far. This blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot was aged for 18 months in small barrels. Extremely deep intense purple- ruby colour. The nose is very intense, slightly earthy and gently cedary with mineral-tinged, bright, ripe, plum-cherry-cassis fruit. Dry, medium-full to full bodied, dense and well structured with slightly spicy, intense, ripe, bright, still youthful, plum-cherry-cassis fruit flavours along with a lingering, harmonious, rich, mouthfilling finish. It has 15% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L130323 on the back label.
