CHARDONNAY 2022 VQA Niagara Peninsula
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer REDSTONE
Bright medium straw colour. Fairly intense, spicy, rather toasty, somewhat tropical, lemon meringue pie nose. Dry, medium bodied, bright, spicy, ripe, pear-lemon-apple purée flavours with a lingering, faintly tropical, rather cedary, buttery brioche finish. It spent 12 months in French oak and has 13% alcohol, 2 g/L residual sugar and 5.4 g/L total acidity with lot number L2024.02.21 on the lower part of the glass bottle.
