Bright light straw colour. Fairly intense, slightly spicy, chalky-minerally, lemon-apple nose. Very dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, bright, ripe,la flavours with a lingering, crisp, minerally finish. Great for seafood, especially oysters. This blend of 60% Viognier 15% Roussanne, 15% Marsanne and a 10% mix of Clairette, Bourboulenc and Grenache Blancas has a hefty 14% alcohol and 1.4 g/L residual sugar with number L2124199 on the lower part of the glass bottle. TASTING NOTE: An aromatic white Cotes-du-Rhone with lots of floral aromas, including pink roses. Ripe and medium- to full-bodied. Long, creamy finish with a touch of fine tannins balancing this neatly. A cuvee based on viognier with small amounts of grenache blanc and roussanne. Drink from release.
