Pale straw colour. Gently grassy, slightly spicy, fresh, youthful, intense, ripe, lemon-apple-grapefruit nose. Dry, medium bodied, mineral-tinged, spicy, gently grassy, fresh, somewhat shy melon-lemon-apple-grapefruit flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, minerally finish. Nicely structured and will improve with several more years in bottle. Has 13.5% alcohol and under 4 g/L residual sugar with 6.8 g/L total acidity and lot number L23018 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure CSPC 164228

TASTING NOTE: Light yellow-green with a fresh lifted gooseberry and feijoa bouquet that is bright and intense and very typical of the grape and region. Intense fruit with a penetrating quality and lingering length. Clean, dry finish without overdone acidity. A fine wine. Drink date: 2024-2030.
