CLINE |
Bright pale straw colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, bright, floral, melon-apple-pear nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, pure, ripe, melon-apple-pear flavours with a lingering, fresh, thankfully unoaked, harmonious, fresh finish. This versatile, refreshing, well-made, crowd-pleaser hides a hefty 14% alcohol. It has under 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number 240213 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. |

TASTING NOTE: This solid-value Viognier is sustainably farmed. It's floral, with spicy pear and peach, orange, and some tropical notes adding depth and character. There's a touch of spritz on the palate and a sweet edge to the ripe fruit. Enjoy this with grilled pork or a slow-cooked root-vegetable stew. Drink through 2026+. |
