Bright very light straw colour. Attractive, gently spicy, fairly complex, white peach and lemon-apple aromas with some minerally, lessy notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, nicely textured, ripe, apricot-tinged, lemon-apple meringue flavours with a lingering, bright, minerally, gently leesy, harmonious finish. Quite ready-to-drink and perfect with seafood - especially oysters. Aged on fine lees with regular stirring do three months, this tasty 100% Sauvignon Blanc has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L24.088 on the back label.
