Deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, bright, ripe, plum-crancherry nose with some minerally, sandalwood notes. Dry,mb youthful, very slightly peppery, firm, plum flavours with a lingering, very gently cedary, minerally finish. Quite well structured, would work ell with a steak. This 20% of this Malbec was aged in oak for eight months and the remainder in stainless steel. It has 14.3% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 57943
