| NEW in Vintages. Bright very pale straw colour with small bubble effervescence. Fairly intense, gently spicy, floral, ripe apple nose with some wintermelon notes. Fairly dry, medium to medium-light bodied, effervescent, spicy, lemon-tinged, apple sauce flavours with a crisp, harmonious, slightly leesy, off-dry finish. White Brut is a ready-to-drink crowd-pleaser that blends Chardonnay with Riesling and Aligote. It has 12% alcohol and spent some 9 months on the lees with lot number L24.07.24 on the back label. |
