Extremely pale straw colour. Classy, intense, gently complex, slightly grassy, ripe lemon-apple meringue nose with some toast notes. Dry, medium+ bodied, nicely structured, slightly spicy, intense, gently complex, somewhat grassy, dried apricot-peach flavours with a lingering, fairly harmonious, bright, minerally, lees-tinged finish. It will improve with aging. This new blend of 55% Sauvignon Blanc, 26% Sémillon and 19% Muscadelle has 13% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar. with lot number L2306 on the back label.

TASTING NOTE: Fresh and subtle aromas of freshly picked gooseberries, limes, stones and a nice touch of sauerkraut. Round and supple on the palate with a fresh attack of medium acidity and a direct, medium-length finish. A nice, simple delivery. 55% sauvignon, 26% semillon and 19% muscadelle.
